The Society's object is to publish and make known the principles of Buddhism and to encourage the practice of those principles. It is non-sectarian and open to the teachings of all Buddhist traditions. An annual prospectus and other general information is available upon request. The Society also publishes a quarterly journal The Middle Way and from time to time, the Buddhist Directory UK. Further information is always available and there is a library and bookstall on the premises. A residential Summer School, open to all, is organised each year.
