The RE Council of England and Wales has successfully bid for funding from the DCSF to develop a training programme for religious education teachers on community cohesion and preventing violent extremism. This is known as the REsilience project. This project is scheduled to last until 31 March 2011 and will be managed by the RE Council in conjunction with Penzer Allen Ltd.
